The ability to manage change has become crucial for administrators, public servants, government employee and managers. It is therefore imperative for managers and leaders to have the ability, skill and knowledge to apply the contemporary best management practices in their day to day function.
Executive Program in Management at CIMP has been designed to successfully manage and bring the change in an organisational set up and prepare the participants to take initiatives in their day to day function. The program is aimed at motivating the participant to become self motivated leading professional in their field of work and undertake challenging task by applying modern management tools and bringing innovative ideas in their work.

CIMP's encourages case study approach for the participants in order to bring all the aspects of the issue at hand. This helps participants to be equipped with the requisite knowledge and skill sets to perform at leadership positions. Simulation exercises, games and role plays, meditation, outdoor field trips projects and written assignments are also used throughout the programme. It is a rigorous course with above 300 hours of classroom and requiring another 650 hours of self/group study.
The focus of the programme is on general management orientation and business skills with an emphasis on governance and public policy.
The teaching content takes into account the substantial and varied experiences the participants bring to the classroom. The programme follows a five-segment course structure as follows:
Induction : introduces the participants to the environment and CIMP's pedagogy and helps them to understand the self
Immersion Programme : This is a business simulation exercise which integrates learning from the entire programme.
Core Segment : This segment provides a rigorous grounding in the fundamentals of management.
Governance and Public Policy : This differentiating element prepares the participants for being change agents and visionary leaders.
Electives : A wide range of electives allows the participants the freedom of choice in areas of their interest, explore new areas of learning and reflect on and leverage past experience.
