The Final Placement Season 2025 at Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP) concluded with remarkable success, reinforcing the institute’s legacy of consistent placement excellence for the past 16 Batches of PGDM. The season achieved a 100% placement record, with all 116 students who opted for final placements getting placed across diverse sectors.
With participation from 52 reputed organizations, the season witnessed robust hiring across sectors including Banking, FMCG, FMCD, Dairy, Government, and Consulting, etc. Leading recruiters such as ICICI Bank, Asian Paints, Amul (GCMMF), ITC Ltd., Indigo Paints, and Colgate-Palmolive not only reaffirmed their trust in CIMP’s talent by offering multiple roles but also represented repeat engagement, highlighting long-standing industry relationships. Esteemed recruiters such as ICICI Bank, Asian Paints, Indigo Paints, etc. returned with renewed confidence, offering some of the most competitive roles in the management job market. The strong presence of repeat recruiters is a testament to the sustained quality of CIMP’s talent pool and its student-centric placement process.
This year also marked a significant milestone as the institute adopted the Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS) and released its first-ever Audited placement report, showcasing CIMP’s commitment to transparency, credibility, and benchmarking with premier B-schools across the nation.
