Programme Outcomes describe what students are expected to know and able to perform or attain by the time of graduation. These relate to the skills, knowledge and behavior that students acquire through the programme. Management students of CIMP are expected to attain the following:
1. Application and problem solving: Students should be able to apply their knowledge of management theories and practices to solve business problems.
2. Critical thinking and data-driven decision making: Students should develop analytical and critical thinking abilities and be able to apply appropriate techniques (e.g., prediction/modelling) to management scenarios for data-based decision making.
3. Value-based leadership: Students should be able to demonstrate leadership, professional ethics, responsibilities, and norms of managerial practice in initiatives within and beyond the classroom.
4. Multidimensional perspective and communication: Students should be able to understand and analyse global, economic, legal, and ethical aspects of business and express their ideas clearly in both oral and written communications.
5. Teamwork: Students should be able to lead themselves and others in the achievement of organisational goals, contributing effectively to a team environment.
